frosted nipples squadron #007

I was thinking of starting a new squad, I was thinking of having the members do a little bio, however they want it, and put up any links to threads they liked or where involved in that they wanted to share, they could edit as they go. The rules would be (a) any arguments would be restricted to two post/replies, with the attacked getting the last word (b) ego marks may be given (1 at a time) and everyone with them will have to post them at the beginning of their post. These can be given by any member. (c) laugh or giggle marks will also be counted, not sure what to do with them yet though, possibly cancels out ego marks? but not on a one to one ratio (d) no age limit (e) belonging to other squads ok (f) general silliness to be appreciated (g) nubian- esque squad insignia, maybe? anybody have any other Ideas?

I must be missing something, what's the point of this squadron? where is it going to be located? a little more info please! EDIT: 954inCO, the rules don't say anything about needing to be the owner of an R1, you just have to be a member of the forum in good standing. The ultimate decision is up to your squadron CO, figure out what squadron you'd be in and talk to him.

I am not sure of the point, problably more of a chat room than anything, but then again that seems to be the point of any squad, I also am in the canadian squad (I think) so the geography side is covered. I guess one of the functions would be that the members would be posting links to cool discussions going on in the forum. another would be that we could talk amongst ourselves ( being the elitist organisation that we are) on topics from any area and be reasonably free of replies in poor taste since we would mostly be of compatible personalities because if newcomers don't like our sense of humour, they would leave on their own(run on sentence, I know) with this unique set of rules we could let both sides express their opinion but limit the length of the diagreement, and with the ego marks maybe we could keep it fun, too many people are taking this forum too seriously. another advantage of a squad would be the search function, so many times somebody starts a thread with a question a week after a thread with tons of replies goes back a page answering the same question, or a thread that starts one way may answer the question, here you could just ask if anyone heard any thing about your question. And problably the best feature is that members can invite people that they enjoy chatting with here, and we can get a fun group going, regardless of where they are from. I am open to any suggestions! I suppose I'll be the CO, as in the Corpulant Overseer (even though 954 has it in his handle) P.S. and we CAN MAKE STICKERS! ( I thought I'd throw in a carrot)

Oh and rule (j) no swearing, if you need to say a forbidden word, make it an acronym, like Fudge Under Counter of Kitchen, just to make things more interesting!;)

I thought I'd get the ball rolling, I am slow jess, I can ride fast but now that I'm streetbound everything seems slow, hence the name. I enjoy riding motorcycles(dirt and street) mountainbiking, kayaking, target shooting, martial arts, rock climbing, sex, and talking in this forum. I started riding dirtbikes when I was 8 years old, streetbikes when I was 16, started roadracing when I was 22. I had a bad racing crash in a open prod race and spent a year rehabbing, got hit by a drunk driver head on this year, still limping. I am 31 now. Some of my favorite threads are "mystical suspension assumptions" "what do velocity stacks do anyway?" " octane and high compression" some of my favorite bike books are: soft science of roadracing- k code twist 1&2- k code superbike prep- jewel hendricks ultimate racers-alan cathcart honda, the tt winning years- honda Ducati, the untold story-alan cathcart sportbike performance handbook- kevin cameron I have a journeymans certificate in Carpentry, and am studying to be a civil engineer at night.

feel free to post your bios! I'm not holding tryouts or anything! joke:2 racehorses were chatting after a weekend of racing, one says to the other, "was leading the race until the last corner when I felt a pain in my belly and had to stop." the other horse says" isn't that strange, the same thing happened to me on the last turn" then a greyhound dog came up and said "I couldn't help but overhear your woes, and I too had the same problem, last turn my belly started to hurt and I had to pull out" Then one horse said to the other horse," holy crap, a talking dog!"

Sounds interesting but aren't we all already in a squadron like that??? It's called the R1 forum. Maybe they can add a section for member bio's and stuff. They can call it the frosted nipple squadron section 007. Then all visitors will think were mad!!! It might make some squidish idiots think twice of joining the forum.
