Drain tubes ?

Just quick question, did a search didn;t find anything. What Drains out of the two drain tubes by the kickstand and what does that tell you about your bike? Thanks..

Put too much coolant in it - filled it when it was cold - the next time it got hot I found out what one of those tubes is for.

I Know One Is For Fuel, When You Park Your Bike On A Sunny Day The Gas In You Tank Expands And Thats Where Its Drains Out. Im Not Sure If It Comes Out While You Are Riding?? Sorry I Dont Know Bout The Other Hose....
