I am starting my new project. I'm curious to know what you guys think I will get horsepower wise. I have an 03 R1 K&N Air filter, graves velocity stacks,pc3, graves slide stops, smog block-offs, yosh rs3 slip-on w/midpipe, and a stock ported head(don't know the exact port just a little better than stock) Well what do you think? i get 142 with a lot less than that so you should hit 147-150

According to the original stock specs the 03 r1 is supposedly sittin at 150hp i would think that with all your mods ya should be well over that mark. I say that witht the assumption that the stock specs are correct. I am not a pro nor am i speaking from exp just got the info from online so it may be off some not really sure.

I have to believe high 140's, low 150's.

Yep 152 at 10,500rpm... from the crank. From Yamaha fyi.
10% is the loss of hp from driveline friction, etc. I dont think is unreasonable to consider.
So mid to high 130's in stock trim.

I've seen as low as 129rwhp completely stock and as high as 133rwhp also stock. Mine was the 129 stock actually...

It's now 157rwhp/80ftlbs without ramair effect.

On the dyno I use I'd expect about 147rwhp from the op's mods. I wonder if he ever found out?

How much did it cost you mate? I'm looking to get up to the 150 mark myself. I'm stock 03 R1 with remus can on at the moment, got some work to do.

First things first you'll need a good quality full system for definite, and a Power Commander. You won't be far off then ;)
