Okay, a while ago I picked up a Motion-Pro chain breaker/riveter kit (nice plastic box, everything you need to take chains apart and put them back together) for about $100. And then I busted it. OOPS! I overtorqued the extractor bolt by using an extension bar and popped the hex head right off. The extractor bolt wasn't listed as a replacement part in the catalog, so I was worried that I'd have to buy the most basic breaker ($25) and then use the bolt from that. But I found Motion-Pro's website, sent them a quick email about the broken piece and they, being the gem of a company that they are, sent me a brand new extractor bolt even though the manual specifically says not to use an extension bar with the tool. They replied to my emails within an hour and the new bolt arrived within two days. Free! Now all my motorcycle-specific tools will be made by Motion-Pro. Because nothing beats a company that will stand behind their product to make sure that you can keep using it.

Yes they are good with customer service. I've always had good service and advise from them.
