:no :no :no :no :no Bought an undertail from him on e-bay auction closed 12/08 He called on 12/10 (I wanted to talkto him before paying for the undertail) I paid in full thru pay-pal on 12/10 Waited for tail it was supposed to be shipped USPS on 12/10 or 12/11 (per R1_OOKLAH or Rick Sarvis). Waited untill 12/19 no tail, I e-mailed him on 12/19, 12/20 , 12/23, 12/24, 12,26 and 2 PM's on 12/24. No response to this day. Started a pay-pal claim on 12/26. I will be waiting the 10 days for pay-pal to do it's job. If that dosent work I will have to notify my credit card and try to get my cash back that way. Will keep you informed as this goes on weither I get the tail or my money back or anything at all. Also this guy sells homemade LED tail lights and turn signals. He also told me he was going to make and sell the kind that go in your mirrors. So be carefull if you're buying homemade LED's from a new forum member. Watch for Rick Sarvis that is his name, ebay name is 97yzfowner.

Maybe he went out of town for the holidays... that is pretty bad though, I would never leave someone hanging like that.

This is finally settled. I did get a full refund after pay pal went to get the cash. Refund was posted to my card on 01/08. Left me hanging for a month. Good thing is I got the refund. Bad thing is I cant find another undertail on e-bay. Apparently he had his brother mail the tail out. That never happened and his brother was trying to sell the tail to someone else. He finally got back to me on 12/30. Didnt go into details as to why he wasnt checking e-mails or PM's But he was loggin onto the forum. Even if he was out of town not checking e-mails I did send him to PM's when he was on. So I'm not totaly sure what all was going on. I offered to still buy the tail from him if he sent it and trusted me to pay him when I got it or C.O.D. This was about a week ago after he PM'd me apolgizing for the mix up. Still havent heard back :lol

I generally like giving people the benefit of the doubt...but this sounded way to messed up.

thanks TerminatorR1 for the benefit, as for loging on during the time that i was gone and not checking my pm's. the forum is my home page and i automaticaly log in upon going on line so when my wife was using the computer while i was gone it was logging on every time. chris i still have the tail and will sell it to you but i need to send you some more pic's of it, my brother-inlaw fu@ked up the light mounting so i did it another way and it does look a little diffrent i have alot going on right now so give me a while to get the pic's and tail done thanks and if you find another tail thats cool to.
