which is best

at 600mi. oil was changed on an 07 r1 using castrol I am told syn is much better can i switch now or am i locked in with conventional oil if so whats really good

I personally use Yamaha oil in mine .....if you can find a synthetic that meets the specs for factory oil you can switch without any problems....most synthetics meet or exced conventional oil........you might pay twice the amount though
