can you use the same tools for changing a car tire as a bike tire? from the tools i've seen online, they look like regular tire tools. also you guys know where i can get some stick on weights?

The automotive ones are just a little longer. They will work fine. Just make sure you use some kind of plastic rim strip so you don't scratch the wheels. You can get stick-on weights on ebay pretty cheap.
