Here you go. It is a beautiful night here in PA so I figured I'd snap a few photos after a long ride. Year:2006 Model: Yamaha YZF-R1 Eng size: 998cc Pipes: Akrapovic Evolution Seat: Corbin Wheels: Marchesini Magnesium Accessories: Too many too list... And the story: Was going to be a track only bike, but my '05 sale went through and I haven't had the energy to relist, so this is still a very overglorified street bike.

nice bike - who makes your sprocket cover? It is a Rizoma. It is really for the FZ1, but with very minor grinding of the shift rod, it fits perfectly. It is the nicest cover I have seen. It is billet aluminum with carbon fiber in the center.

thanks donnie! Cosmo did the attacks come black or did you have 2 send them out. I've been looking at the robby moto & attack triples but the polished look of the attacks have turned me away.

Thanks - I thought it might be Rizoma, but I wasn't sure. I have GP shift, so I wonder if I would need to alter anything at all. I may have to try it out.

Hey Rod, Yeah, I don't like the shiny aluminum either. They will anodize them for you, but it takes another 2 weeks and I am not very patient. I had them powdercoated by a local guy who is real good and will do it in one day. They are awesome & I highly recommend the purchase. Really tightens up the front end.

They will let you return it if it doesn't work. Can't beat that. But I think you are right, GP shift probably won't need any handy work at all.

I certainly appreciate all the nice comments fellas! I think just about all of us on the forum love our R1's. And the great thing is they are the bomb in stock trim or totally decked.

The Attack triples or as Cos said. Really makes the front more solid. The adjustability is really cool. Being I ride street 90% of the time tightening the trail has made the bike a total different ride, the few track days I was blown away. Such a small adjustment and such a difference. Impressive...
