changing from half to full synthetic agian?

i always used full synthetic, but last oil change they put haf synthetic at the garage, now 5000km later i want to change to full synthetic again. Is this a problem for my bike, or no problem. i like to put motul v300, 15w50

the only thing you don't want to do is mix viscosities. Brands you can mix. synthetic or non, you can mix. hence the "Blend" oils you are using.

Its a faulse statement that once you go synthetic you cannot go back...its just why would you go back.

the only thing you don't want to do is mix viscosities. Brands you can mix. synthetic or non, you can mix. hence the "Blend" oils you are using. Actually, that is an incorrect statement...And kind of backwards.. You should not intentionally mix Brands, Viscosities, Synthetic or petroleum, but especially Brands and Syn/Pet. Additive packs vary not only from Company to Company but from Viscosity to Viscosity within the same company. That is why ALL Oil Manufacturers recommend the Best Procedure is if you must mix oils for whatever reason, it is wise to change oil as soon as possible. Although you will not damage an engine in a short period, the additive packs may have adverse effects on each other and shorten the usable life of the oil. Bob Schultz .
