When I went from 50 to 55 I kept the same sprockets (stock) but I had to add 3.1% correction factor to my speedohealer.

Im 1 down 3 up with a 190/55... My speedo reads 66 when i hit the radar machine which reads 60. So id be guessing 1d 1u would be about even with a 55.

Ill put my 1d 1up on today and tell you how it feels with the 55 series tire. Im guessing its going to be almost dead on stock gearing with that tire. Ill let you know tonight.

I just put a 16T front sprocket on mine and I calculated the error on the speedohealer. It was dead with the stock error. almost 6%. That's with a 55 tire.

i have a 55 tire on mine and a 15t up front/stock rear for now. i checked mine over and over, i am exactly 5 mph off on my speedo. it could be a safe guess that with a 16t, you are 2.5 mph off. i figured that the speedohealer was a waste of money in the long run, especially after driving next to other bikes and cars and testing it. don't know if any of that helps. can't give you any calculations....just what it is off in terms of actual speed. now, i am thinking of going 5 up in the rear very soon, at that point i may buy a speedohealer.
