Tank Bag or Tank bag mount

I have an Eclipse tank bag that I have used on many other motorcycles. I think for the R1 it may look tacky. But with gas prices, I have the occasion to do some errands with the bike. Does anyone know of a product that mounts to the gas cap opening that will get the bag off the paint on the tank? My past experience is that the rubber at the bottom of the bag rubs the paint down. Thanks for your help.

I use a backpack personally. Fits 1/2 case perfectly. I mean, I really don't go to the store for anything else. My wife does that job for me. Oh btw, if you ever met her in person I didn't say that.:crash

That's good for half a case, but the tank bag could hold the other half. :flush:
