Does anyone know if motomummy is back in operation? I need to order parts but they don't answer their phone. It's the same message for the almost 2 weeks stating that there's a delay on their move and that they should be back in business on Wednesday, May 28. And it would help me a lot too to talk with someone to make sure that I'm ordering the right parts.

ordered clip-ons and sprocket from them a few weeks back and it took a few weeks to get. much longer than i expected but pretty good price. oh well. live and learn. i should call first next time.

Ya they are operational again just got parts sat. Did take a few days but thats to be expected they just moved across the country!

I have ordered several times from them without a problem. As already mentioned, they just moved cross the country. Things are probably a bit backed up.

I gave them a chance and sadly to say, 6 days later, I still haven't heard from them. I've ordered from them before and it didn't take them this long to process the order. Usually the items I ordered would have arrived to me already for the same time frame. I also know that they're a little farther from me now and that they just moved so I'm holding my ponies back . I just can't imagine waiting 4 weeks for parts! I hope that that won't be the case with me. My order seems to be stuck in "In Progress" status. I'm still trying to call them and they still don't answer their phone so am I SOL at this point? I'm at their mercy, I guess. My parts will come in whenever. Email is my next option to get the status. I would prefer talking to someone who is alive though, not some answering machine. Whats up with the date? Whoaa....didn't even noticed that and I can't really remember when I actually placed the order. Can it be that their date is setup like this?.....day/month/year? Maybe not because I'm very sure that it's been over 2 days since ordering....hmmm.

If they have the product in stock, you will get it right away. It's when it is on backorder that you end up waiting... Also, I will say that they are VERY responsive with email. They always reply within 24 hours. The one thing I think they need to start doing and I can say this about Tobefast as well, is emailing you right away when they know something is not in stock and giving you an ETA so you're not sitting around wondering or having to call them...

The asv levers are on backorder as asv underestimated demand with the levers big time. We should have our next shipment any day, but asv is taking a week to ship orders out on average and we are not getting everything we order due to their backroders. the hangup isn't the date, it's a global shopping system and the rest of the world does day/month/year. It's just that his asv levers are backordered through the manufacturer at this time. When it's taking a week for them to fill orders and we only get partial orders it's pretty hard to get stocked up. We are doubling the size of our orders though, but asv drastically underestimated demand. They are hiring more people to try and catch up though. the levers are worth the wait though :) Also we contact people immediately with many orders, but that's also why we give the customer the ability to track the order 24/7 through our website. Email us if you have a question and we respond right away.

I sent an email to you inquiring about them, about a week or two before placing the order and was told that they would be in stock in a couple days. I kept checking your site often until I was able to add them to my cart and I figured that was the way to know that they are in stock. I was glad when I finally was able to add them to my cart and figured I would have them soon. Well, couple of days go by, no email confirmation and my order is stuck in 'in progress' status but now I find out it's because you don't them in stock. What gives? Why wasn't I emailed about this situation? And now you're saying that you 'might' fill my order on your next shipment. If by next week my order is not filled, cancel it, please. I know other places have them for a few change more but I don't mind paying extra to save myself from this kind of aggravation. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get an order confirmation after placing my order and the fact that I'm already charged for something I don't know when I'll get. Some other places won't actually charge you until they have the part in stock and shipped.

That's something you would need to take up with paypal or read their conditions before using their payment system. When you pay direct cc through us then we bill you when it ships, but you used a third party to pay so it's completely out of our control. Our inventory changes daily and drastically. When you order a week or two after you check stock then anything we state won't apply. if you have any questions please contact us.

Corey can you get the Pazzo adjusters by it self from Pazzo. And if you can i would be interested in the black adjuster.

pazzo won't sell just adjusters for liability reasons. Taking the levers apart isn't as easy as you would think as there are some very tiny pieces in there and if not assembled correctly there can be some horrible consequences. If you want a different color adjuster though you can contact us and we can have them sent to the distributor and swapped out for you. They do charge a fee, but it's cheaper then new levers.

you can take them apart and do it that way, but also realize the liability issue pazzo and the disributor take if they sell just the adjusters. The instructions that would go with them and if they were messed up, etc. I do understand why they don't sell just the adjusters.

I ordered some pazzo levers and LP euro flushmounts for 03 r1 on 02/04/08, recieved the pazzo's very quick but still waitng on the flushmounts. i found emails get fast responses back and when i ordered my brakes i got them in like 3 days but no body can help back ordered parts and not getting shippments when expected.

i found emails get fast responses back and when i ordered my brakes i got them in like 3 days but no body can help back ordered parts and not getting shippments when expected. thanks smart ass, believe it or not I know how the whole email and internet thing works. not trying to question motomummy but 5 months backorder seems a bit long. one way to avoid this would be to keep website update if an item is not in stock or on backorder have it listed as such. motomummy I did get my flushmounts and I thank you. and look forward to business in future
