Im running the Bridgestone BT-002 RS tires right now and i absolutely love them. I have a couple of questions and i would like to get some opinions from other riding them. Before i go into too much detail i must say that i am a very aggressive rider and 75% of my riding is on the track. TIRE PRESSURE, what are you people running. I have 31 front and 33 rear ran great when it was about 70-75 degrees at the track, just ran at the track yesterday and it was 95 degrees, kinda felt like i needed to drop rear tire pressure about 2 or 3 lbs..... suggestions. Also, i have put two track days and about 100 street miles on my current set and i think its about time to get a new set before the next track day. The question is how many track days are you guys getting out of these tires.... and by the way all these questions are referring to the track. Another question is, are they sliding on you when the track is green even though they are almost at temp, both track days on this set the first session sucked, slid around the whole 20 minutes, second session was great.... anyone else having this problem. And my final question is, should i step up to the DOT's.... almost all of my riding is on the track, im starting to get these to slide out of corners and i would almost feel more comfortable on DOT's compared to street tires, im running around 1.20-1.22 at putnam.... suggestions. anything you can tell me will be much appreciated.

Yes you should be running DOT's. 1:20's should put you in the faster group of intermediate or slow group in advanced @ Putnam. However, you could stand to drop 2-3 PSI off of the rear tire. Good luck!

low 1:20's at putnam, I would move to race tires.

I've ran the BT002's RS at Jennings and did very good with them. If you decide to really push the limit I'd go with D.O.T. race rubber and tire warmers. Do not use warmers on the 002RS. They are still a street tire. Just give them a few laps to warm up.
