I do like photo whoring. I'm getting more parts shipped in for the other projects. Firehawk(mark) warned me about building a bike from the frame up my famous last words were "it can't be this easy". And now my band i've been in since I was a teenager is starting to get back into practicing and playing shows possible regional club tours $$$$$$$ moneys flying out the window. But they're both a labor of love. babyit11 06-29-2008, 06:56 PM the 06 is sooooo hotz SSPKWYRIDER 07-02-2008, 08:05 AM I like the 2000.... Screw fuel injection... Carbs rule!! ROD FIORE 07-02-2008, 10:28 PM yes they did come stock with the bare AL frame its a stock 2000 swingarm but my next build is going to have a 02-03 swingarm, maybe braced if I find someone to do it. whatsaR1? 07-03-2008, 05:16 AM very nice looking bikes, the older R1's still look sharp, not many sports bikes can pull that off. ntanh84 07-03-2008, 09:58 AM Nice bikes! remixx02 07-06-2008, 10:11 PM I can't get enough of these bikes. :drunk:

Lucky buga ROD FIORE 10-24-2008, 11:28 AM They're getting cleaned up this weekend those pvm's are a bitch. The 00 needs new rubber I'll be putting a 190/55 on it that tire transformed the 06. jfrost 10-24-2008, 12:11 PM Whats a rough figure on the cost to build? xdonniedarkox 10-24-2008, 12:29 PM They're getting cleaned up this weekend those pvm's are a bitch. Rod check this out.... click http://www.griotsgarage.com/product/car+care/wheels+%26+tires/wheel+tire+cleaning+tools/three+long+reach+wheel+scrubber+brushes.do ROD FIORE 10-24-2008, 01:55 PM Man that brush is the answer I've been using a spray on wheel cleaner and a hand sponge with a damn toothbrush, it is only bad if I let the rear get extra dirty with chain lube and crap. Cost is the bike plus 4 or 5 grand the 00 had all new aftermarket parts the 06 I got just about all the add ons used of this forum for great prices. xdonniedarkox 10-24-2008, 02:26 PM Griot's is on point for cleaning stuff. Other vendors out there but Griot's works for me. Very comprehensive car and biike cleaning products.
I did the same with my bike- 80% of my mods I bought pre-owned off the forum. sputnikus 01-09-2009, 01:41 AM Wow, that's a hot looking 06!!!!!!!! What tires do you have on 06, make and size???
