I'm married and don't have those concerns, but when I did, it was definitely latex. As previously stated, lambskin is porous, and STD's can pass through. It has also been speculated that even tho sperm cells are larger, that in some cases, they may pass thru as well. So good luck with the lambskin, but to be safe, go with latex.:fact
