So my 06 R1 had a crack in the oil pan. I bought a new one and changed it. While changing it I had to reinstall a thin copper pipe with a gasket on each end. There is a hole on the bottom of the pan where this pipe slides into. When I fill the pan with oil it leaks out this hole that is suppose to be there. Do you think I need to change these metal gaskets on the end of the copper tube to get it to stop leaking? Anyone with experience on this please help.
