I just ordered those lines the other day. I have been charged and I cannot log in to see my order. I need to some how check on my order and be charged the proper price. I have emailed and called cannot get in touch. Let me know what I should do.

If the order was the placed the other day then it doesn't fall under the sale price. No matter when we start the sale someone will "just miss it" and i'm sorry. There is no way around it for us. We have to start it sometime and someone will have just missed it. If you ordered before the sale then its not counted in the sale or we'll end up with a logistical mess.

I cant believe I get a reply from your company quicker on this thread. I ended up spending over $300. Your company should get back to its customers. You should just cancel the order. :nforc:

We put the special up AFTER we closed for the day so you made it sound like it was in regards to that and if it was that would explain why you were not responded to. I'm sorry we come on the forums for fun and don't check emails after hours. Most would be happy we just got back to them so quickly. I found your order and it's canceled. Thanks for understanding that no matter what we do someone will be left out of the special, it's reasons like this that make us want to do special after special... Just searched using the email you placed the order with and we have NO emails from you at all as of right now or anytime this year.

junito it's 130 for the spieglers and then yo ucan add a full set of pads front and rear for 75 dollars more.

It seems that people like the poster above are the reasons businesses have restocking fee's on canceling orders and other harsh rules. If people want to see why businesses have the terms and conditions they do just look at this thread that ruin it for everyone as all they care about are themselves and don't give a damn about anyone else or the businesses that try and help you guys get good deal. We are a family ran shop and with that comes some pro's and con's and one of the pro's are that we are actively involved in processing the orders. We try and do specials and most people are mature enough to realize that we have to have a cut off for it and someone will always be just on the other side of the cut off. Just reorder now that it is cancelled.

Also I would expect to get in touch with them Faster through the forum than on a Company@Sales email that is probly flooded with emails from all customers. If you are a member here then you obviously know Just PM corey and he'll take care of whatever issue there is with the order. No need to Bash an Excellent Sponser of the Forum.. $.02 *BTW i have these spiegler Lines. They are the Shyznit...

I dont Bash any company. I have a business and my customers come first. I tried for 2 days to just get an approximate arrival time (no response). Then I saw the sale a day after I ordered. All companies that I know about would Honor that price. My things were not even ready to ship yet. It just shows how a little customer service goes a long way. I have spent alot and continue to on my bike. I just always like to be able to be able to reach or be reached by the people who I spend money with. And if they are a family business even more reason you should be able to get a reply. I wish it went differently :dunno

simple, kneedraggers and others have polices where if you cancel after you order you pay a restocking fee. It's customers like the guy in this thread that cause policies like that. cancel then reorder to get a good deal is another reason some businesses are getting more and more strict with their policies. People don't see the big picture as they only worry about #1 and nobody else. We do deals, but we also have to draw the line somewhere on who is eligible and no matter where we draw that line (orders not yet shipped, orders in the last week, orders in two weeks, etc) someone is always left out. Fact is he posted in public wanting the deal and his price adjusted w/o contacting us privately therefore putting us in a bad situation. Once he didn't get his way he wanted to cancel. You then told him to reorder to get the deal. Sorry, but being a small company and not a large one has it's pro's and con's and one pro is that we process the orders in person. Someone trying to take advantage of a deal as you suggested we won't allow as it's basically punishing the mature adults who understand that they just missed it and still kept their order in. Most realize that no matter when we start a deal someone is going to get left out. It's the nature of the beast. Sorry we did the special guys, I guess it only takes one to wreck it for all... Whoa Cory...You posted that you had cancelled the guys order before it even shipped. I was chiming in to simply suggest to the guy that he could reorder the part, since you had cancelled the order before they ever shipped. I dont see what restocking fee your talking about if the parts never left you place. Alot of people on here have spent many hundreds of dollars through Motomummy (myself included). I have never had a problem with M/M which I have also conveyed to potential buyers on the forum. How you came to the conclusion that I was "ruining it for anyone" or "only caring about myself" is beyond me...

YOU SENT US NO EMAIL based on every record we have and if you would like i can have our server admin chime in here. You then publicly posted wanting the sale price 1 hour after we offered the deal. I'm sure you being the mature adult realized that you could get in touch with us online then ask your question in privately, but instead you put us in a tricky situation asking in public. common sense Our customers do come first, but the people that come fist in this are people who understand our situation in that someone will be left out no matter what. It was putting you first or them. We chose the mature and understanding people. To let you get the deal when you order wasn't in the bulk deal would be costing other customers. We got to the size we did by being fair and taking care of our customers. We keep prices low by many ways and give the best deals we can. If that means not bending to someone who can't undersand our situation then we'll do that because in the end it lets us keep our prices lower for others and also keeps it fair for those who understood our situation. Look at the big picture and not just #1 or ask me why in private after you realize you made contact with me on the forum. We take care of our customers big time, but bending for you and not those who understand our situation would be putting them last and you first and to us that makes no sense as they are the ones who are being understanding, mature, and realizing we are stuck in a tight situation, but still trying to give deals. There is another day to get a deal and they realize that... If we allow those that havent' shipped to get the deal then what about those that have shipped, but they don't have them? what about those who have them but havent' installed them? what about those that installed them quickly but orderd before someone who didn't install them, but has them? We did it the most fair way and instead of understand you through a tantrum about it. For our customers and those who are mature and understanding we did cancel your order as THOSE customers come fist. don't say our customers don't come first just because YOU didn't come first. There is a vast difference. Also you ordered 3 days before the sale and your products were already ordered and show up monday, so it wasn't one day, but i'm sure that got "confused" just like your emails to us got confused. You ordered the 11th at 09 am and the sale started at the close of the day on the 14th. Again your records are bit off, but we do keep good records. I'm done with this. don't have time for it... For all the time it took you to reply, you could have returned my phone call or email(customer service). Two ways of communication. I have the email and a the phone calls to your company. If you see I have hardly ever posted a thread before. I just happened to be on and see that and figured I would try to reach you. As you can see I was having a problem logging in and that is not a good feeling after getting charged over $300 on my card. Then you guys had the fit and said you would cancel and I agreed. Obviously now you are spending all this time to to justify bad service. I would have loved to deal with you in private,but after 2 business days and no word. I would have canceled anyway. This is a real wast of time and energy for $15 :argue.If you have the lines I will even Pay the other price so you dont have to restock or anything. Just let me know. Lets drop this. :fork

Lines are suppose to be here early next week. tuesday is our goal as we are closed monday, but monday is when we are hoping to get them. All depends on how backordered Spiegler is. We have to order most lines in as there are way too many combinations to be able to stock them all. I wish we could, but it's the only downside to all the color combo's they have. spiegler makes them as dealers order so it can vary by a few days on when we get them due to how many orders they have been getting lately, etc... As for the emails we really didn't get any. We do respond to all emails and i'm sure everyone on the forum here (we deal with many on here) will state that. As for the phone we answer it, but we are also very busy this time of year and we also have walk in customers so at times if we are all tied up it's hard to answer the phone. We do respond to EVERY email though no matter what. If you can't reach us via email this time just post up on here and we'll find it in time...i'm a forum junky just like many on here :) shoot us an email if you want the lines...if you don't get a response from us after the next business day then I promise you we didn't get it for one reason or another then post up on here and i'll email you if you would like or call the number you put in the order. emails do have their glitches, but we respond to all we get. back to the olympics for me...

I dealt with Corey on numerous occasion and i can say many members on this forum as well as other various forums can vouch for Corey he is easy to deal with and his company allways offer good deals and even with product's thats not on sale his prices are very reasonable, One more thing that other companys lack that Moto Mummy offer is great customer service that priceless.You got a customer for life Corey.:thumbup

Motomummy always done right by me.I missed out on some deals they had but I still saved regardless. Sometimes parts were on backorder but I got them when they were in. Corey or his wife always responds to my emails in a timely manner even when they were in the process of moving to Texas. I have been buying from Motomummy when their site was ancient looking,and not in a good way; and I will continue to do so because they have excellent customer service. Motomummy has a a rather sizable customer base. I am more than confidant that it is growing everyday. Some people need to realize that they are not the only person buying from them so show some patience. Some people just need to get over themselves.

Yes the spieglers are a great deal and even our everyday price is heavily discounted :) we haven't had one person yet disappointed with their Spieglers.
