My order didnt ship out same day (or same week). But they kept me informed of the delays, and their service was great! Not to mention I saved about $100 from the next cheapest place I could find! I would definitely buy from them again, no problem!!!!

My first purchase from MM, and I'd gotta agree with you guys. Corey called me up 20 minutes after I put my order in saying the DID chain I ordered with my sprocket kit was out, but hooked me up with a EK chain, and is getting it shipped the same day. Great customer service. Im very impressed. And best prices I could find, with super fast shipping, what more do you want?

We don't ship tires, stands or fluids for obvious reasons across the world because they will bust out of the box, leak or get damaged in the process. by not antering into a financial transaction with these productgs we protect ourselves, our customers, and OUR TROOPS! We ship all other products all the time to military members. This has nothing to do with not supporting the troops and i don't understand how you came to such a large conclusion w/o even asking me directly first. Anyone we won't ship to who orders these we explain why so you either were not told the truth by your "buddies" or you decided voluntarily to not post the entire story/truth. Also the military doesn't care too much for hazmat materials you kinow...i know this because i was in the military. I'm sorry your buddies are pissed, but they woudl be more pissed if they paid for tires that were damaged en route, or stands that broke out of the box or fluid that busted opened while going around the world. We don't ship these items anywhere overseas for very simple reasons, but all other products are fair game. supporting or not supporting our troops has nothing to do with it and you posting that, in bold the none the less, is nothing but slander. I don't care if he was the damn general of the entire continent over there, i won't ship him something if I don't feel I can get it there safely...all there is to it and by doing so i'm protecting him as much as I am us and everyone else who does business with us. It's me protecting our customers no matter who or where they are (overseas or apo/military). We still ship to military personnel overseas so again you're conclusions are incorrect. Just not very few products for very obvious reasons. next time if you need and explanation you could just contact me directly instead of trying to smear our name...OVER BTW I served in our military and overseas and i'm a very blunt, honest, and direct person so that's how I hope this response comes off as it appears your post was nothing more then a shot across our bow. Moto Mummy no longer supports the troops? WTF Corey? I recomended M.M to a couple of buddies for tires. I have always had good luck with them. My buddies are all pissed now wbecause they placed an order to find out they no longer will ship to FPO addresses. The bad news is one was the BRC or MSF instructor for the Military who now teaches all of the riding courses and tests. WTF over?

I'm just glad someone on this forum emailed me the link so I could see this, thank you! Glad so many of you are happy with our service. If anyone else wants to talk to me about this or has questions feel free and contact me directly. I don't bite :) We still ship to apo's and that's why its still enabled in our shipping drop down boxes. Just not some products as we don't feel we can get it there safely and the odds for issues are much greater with some products and the military shipping system.
