The Jacket is great as far as length goes, but its quite big around the torso (made for a larger frame individual)...and Ideally you want a snug fitting jacket for riding. Your size should be a 44 for your measurements because my friend is 6' and 195 lbs. and he usually gets size 44. Fits a little big around the middle, but good around the chest and shoulders. I'm 5'6'', 180 lbs. with a 45" chest, 32"arms. Fits great. The sleeves come all the way done to my hand. Just loose enough around my chest to allow air flow when the liner is removed and then snug with the liner installed. I wish this one was a 44. I've been looking for another one in black. If your intrested.........There just so happens to be a 46 in black on ebay at this time. The TZ1 is cut fuller in the gut area, for the older guys with a gut like me. More so than your standard MotoGp type jacket. The TZ1 dosen't flow alot of air because it's only vented in the front shoulder blade area. No vents in back.
