So I have been scammed on ebay Although yes for a low amount, but the thing that sucks is that the guy scammed multiple people and will probably get away with it. I think the total amount was $17.00 or something like that. Here is the item on ebay. BASTARD!!! http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1874313902 Can't file a claim with ebay if it's under $25 and over $200. I might be able to claim something thru my bank, damn it I should have used Visa Thing is that he had Positive feedback until the 16th of dec, I paid on the 14th This is what paypal says: Seller's Name: Shane Smallwood Seller's Email: maximumcustoms@aol.com Our investigation has determined that the seller is at fault, but we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, Buyer Complaint funds recovery cannot be guaranteed. I personally had no dealings with the seller in question, but wanted to inform people on this forum. If you followed the link at the seller's eBay feedback, it looks like he was a pretty good seller for quite a while... then just stopped shipping product and shut down his email address. Somehow all the people on BARF were able to figure that out. When people complained that he was a deadbeat, he responded with a bunch of insults.
