i just preordered the iphone 4, and since im compulsive, i didnt even know all the new features yet. :)
it records HD video in 720p at 30 frames per second. thats the same quality i got from my ContourHD camera (i didnt have the new version). i have been working on making a mount for my phone so it slips in front of the instrument cluster on my bike and has decent view for recording rides. time to kick it into overdrive! lol.

i have one friend that decided to not have the unlimited data package (thats required with an iphone) on his blackberry. no big deal for a little while until he started using his phone for the internet, email, apps and what not. he easily uses 1/10 the amount of internet data on his blackberry that i do on my iphone (wifi doesnt count since its free) and he tacked and additional $300 onto his phone bill in 2 months because he went over his data limit. i wanna say his limit was 50mb or some miniscule bullshit (i have 500mb of shit just saved in ONE email account!). at&t plans arent cheap, the data package adds $30, the unlimited family txting is another $20 but i use it enough to make it worth the cost, and in the end, thats what matters.


dammit.... Apple needs to send me a ****ing paycheck for this shit....

As for a mount for the phone i was looking into rhino mounts ( i think that's the company) steering stem mount and holder was gonna be about 60.00 I'll try to find the Emil I sent them and edit this post later

I've been doing the Jason Pridmore STAR School for several years now, and I credit his school with giving me the tools to improve so much over the last few years.

Jason is starting up an alternative to the formal school, in the form of a private day at Chuckwalla Raceway... Minimum of 6 riders, about a max of 10 riders.
He told me that he can get a date as little as a week in advance...

I'm just throwing it out there to see if any of you would be interested in some private instruction by Jason Pridmore and a few of his awesome coaches...

We could arrange a Dragon date in the near future if you guys are interested.

I do NOT know the cost at this time, but I think it depends on the number of riders. If there's enough interest, I can find out the cost....

Yeah.. That's the first time I can remember ever getting podium finishes in 4 races during the same weekend.

3rd in GTU on Danger's R6
1st in 650 Twins GP on the 450
3rd in SM Unlimited on the 450
and 2nd in F-Twins LW on the 450.

In 650 twins, and F-twins, all the other competitors were on SV-650's. In SM, it was a few SM bikes, and this SuperSingle Guy. We were giving eachother hell until the red flag came out on the 5th lap. It was good times for sure!

i may be headed to AZ for a fire in the morning....so much for days off...again....

When the Willow Springs Motorcycle Club visits the tight, twisty Streets of Willow, no one has more fun than Dustin “Pimp Daddy” Coyner. The TrackDaz co-owner grabbed a Yamaha YZ450F motocrosser-with-slicks from the West Coast GP Cycles stable and tore up the track, riding around other riders on more powerful bikes, sliding the YZ like a dirt-tracker, bashing over curbs, and just generally behaving like a hooligan. In doing so, he managed to win the 650 Twins GP race, finish second in the Formula Twins Lightweight race, third in the Unlimited SuperMotard event, and – on a borrowed Yamaha YZF-R6 – third in the Solo endurance race on Saturday afternoon.

man im so tired from the track today.. streets of willow was fun.. bad first session.. shifter got stuck and i had to pull out of the track in the dirt.. everyone thought i crashed... second session i hated the streets. i felt like it wasnt for me. i was just not feeling comfortable and to top it off I was feeling sick!. but second to last session was amazing.. definitely a bad ass track.. i wanna go back!!!!

The club isn't going to happen. My job is my first priority and there are a few too many members that are there for "show", not riding. Don't bother setting anything up for me, I don't have the gear and my bike won't pass inspection. Tank still leaks gas.

I was sitting in the kitchen. It was a long rolling quake. My wife is deathly afraid of earthquakes and she was in a third florr of a building with rollers.

So I got the bike back from the shop today. They rode 101 mi on it and never reproduced the problem. So I went and hooked up my gopro before riding and had it had with less than a couple mi on the clock. It's happened more than a few times now. I'll post video later. Now they can't say I'm imagining things when they watch it happen.

This was copied from the daytona forum earlier. I've now done a couple hundred mi and its still happening. I love this bike but she's breaking my heart. I miss my r1. She never hurt me like this. Got it all on video so I'll share it when I can.

Didn't get a chance to check in last night. Pretty interesting. I'd never been in a vehicle before....always wanted to. I pull up to a light and come to a stop.....then I feel a jolt like someone hit the van..damn...didn't feel enough to do damage, but wasn't in the mood to yell at some dumbazz. Then the van starts rocking like 4 guys Doc's size were trying to tip it. I'm like...ok, where did the gang come from and why they wanna vanjack me. Realize it's a quake and start trippin' out on stuff. Light poles swinging, signs flappin' etc. The guy next to me looked like he dropped a load and says..."earthquake, right". I had to laugh....no I just passed gas buddy. LOL
I was first at the light on Sports Arena Blvd. Light changed and off I went while still quakin'. Thought abot being on the bike. Woulda been interesting to ride a short one wheeler:crash
