Hot bodies Racing Undertail

Purchaced it new, and upon receipt I noticed that the brake light holes did not appear to be cut correctly. I thought to myself that "maybe I am just being anal", so I asked 5 different people their opinions. Not once did I say what I thought until after I heard what they said. All said the same basic thing. The "holes are off" or "not cut right" and my favorite "that looks like $h*^, you are not going to run that on YOUR bike are you?". I emailed Hot Bodies Racing and asked if they had an quality issues in the past. He proceded to inform me that I had installed incorrectly. So I sent him 3 photos. After many emails he said that was normal. I then told him that my bike was the test mule for any items I am considering selling through my business and this would not be one of them if this was normal. He stated that is normal. Off it went and on to Ebay.

No, I sold it on Ebay. They would not take it back, the guy I had contact with via email was a MAJOR a$$hole. I told the guy on Ebay everything about it, he worked in a bodyshop and said it was no problem. He emailed me later and told me he was very happy with it. I ended up losing a little money, but it was worth it to be rid of the piece of crap.

i had the same prob. with the under tail the plastic covering the holes was def. off i also did not want to cut the shit out of my tail to make it fit. and the color was def. darker. although they were cool and took it back no problems.i wonder if you got the same tail i had. ???

They probably repackaged yours and sent it to me with a little note on their invoice that said "do not allow return". Crap product and worthless customer service. Hotbodies:finger :butt :bash :2bitchsla

Who makes next undertails? Do you have a website? I am still looking for a good undertail that I can run a clear lense and NO SIGNALS AT ALL. I have the intagrater and love it, but most of the undertails have some form of signals built in. That is why I went with hotbodies in the first place. Any suggestions would be happily appreciated. Until I find that perfect undertail:(
