Please elaborate: How do these improve on the previous gen design? Are the rear stand pin hooks included or sold separately?

I will elaborate for you. Due to the fact that Gilles previous design was criticized for it failing under conditions in which the bike was heavily modified or just driven heard. The people at Gilles have reinforced the area where that failure was known to have occurred.
