I will start putting together some final draft graphics in the next day or two so that when the final vote is in we can start on the graphics right away, get this squadron started right, then we need to plan a squadron ride!

Like the stuff we were doing however brought up some good points on the aces decal that shading can not be on the decal in thhe card... he can have them printed out to give shading, but it would cost more and thought it may be too detailed. He also mentioned to smooth out some of the edges on the sheep decal as well just so it isn't too pixelated looking.... didn't know if you could do that. I figure we could just give him a finished design once we have the name he can just upload and print out. SOME QUESTIONS 1. when should we close this poll? All but one have voted, a lot are voting now who have no idea why they are even voting and are not from the squadron. I edited my first post so hopefully they read that now before they vote! 2. What size should we make them? Nothing is really "permanent."

I was just doing really basic stuff on the stuff that is posted, the finished product will be very clean with no pixilation. I can work on the aces logo clean it up a bit and fix the shading so it will come out in vinyl. as far as a size goes I was thinking 3" diameter would work good. Most of the people that I have seen with these type decals either put them on the wind screen or on the front fender. as far as patches goes I can make those any size you want, but the bigger the patch the more expensive it will be. Lets just close the voting midnight on Sunday. If they are not members yet then they will just have to suffer with the name that we pick. once it is official I will work on 4 to 6 variations of the winning logo then we set up a poll, again only members votes count and give them a week. It will take me a couple of days to get them all finished and ready to vote on, but once they are done then we can get the decals priced then printed.

Cool I will get started on a few things I have dug up make it interesting anyway. We going to start with say 6 then have a run off vote for the 2 highest vote getter's? at least that way there is a fair representation of how the squadron as a whole feels about the idea of a graphic that they intend on putting on their bike. Will do....plenty of leather there...nothing is missing, the stitching just ripped out a little after the crash.... nothing major wasn't going to even bother with it untill I realized how much it would suck if my suit didn't pass tech because of that come actual race day!
