Just in case anyone was interested, this is the comparison between stock chain and sprockets and a 520 kit with a EK chain, Driven sprockets. Stock 530 Chain = 5lbs 2 oz Rear sprocket = 1lb 13oz Front sprocket = 10.5oz EK chain/Driven sprockets Chain = 4lbs 12oz Rear sprocket = 11oz Front sprocket = 6.75oz After all added up you end up losing almost 2 lbs for $180.

Stock gearing but also ordered a 16T front. Once I am finished with the engine work research I will use the 16T.

Why not get the -1 front, try it, then decide if the +1 in the rear is necessary? Either way you will use the front for sure.
