Swapping Forks

Hey... So I started my after market spending spree already.. I am going with gold accents. I am going with the Pazzo's with gold accent, black powdered coated rear sets with gold bolts. I am going to get gold bolts for all of my rotors. Also getting Gold banjo? bolts for the SS brake lines. Does anybody with an 09 with gold forks want to trade for black?

dude I think you are one of the only guys in CO with an 09:lol..... take a look at WERA, CCS, or NESBA.... some should pop up sooner or later

I have seen 2 others in the springs... 1 red and white and a blue.... LOL I am getting entertainment from reading all the 09 bashing threads. One guy claims his 02 walked away from an 09 in low RPM's..... Odd since We did a 50mph 6th gear roll and I EASILY walked away from an 2008 GSXR1000.... He started reeling me in after I already had like 20 bikes on him.. He also has a PCIII and full Taylor made exhaust

How easy could you have passed me when we rolled up the big ass hill when we got up to about 145ish???

I had to click down two to just get into the right gear and then I started pulling you in quickly, but you regearing and exhaust would actually make it an interesting one, if not an ass whoopn' for me... my r1 has to be getting tired.... Is the 09 much quicker than previous generations? I haven't seen one in person on the streets. Seen one on the showroom, and hear it sounds like a V-Twin.

down in the low rpms it is... not as much top end though
