Anyone wait a long time for products shipped from Tobefast?

I ordered a part from Tobefast two weeks ago and still haven't gotten it yet. I emailed customer service and didn't get a response. I've never waited this long to receive a part from a retailer. Whats going on?

I have dealt with them a few times. Usually stuff is delivered quickly. I have been very pleased with McCoy Motorsports as a whole. I did have a problem with some items being available from them in a timely manner, but that wasn't really their fault. It was due to me having an 09 R1 and the manufacturers not producing their products on time. McCoy Motorsports actually had researched other options and contacted me with their findings, rather than having me waiting around twiddling my thumbs. I recommend if you are having problems, give them a call. They were quite friendly on the phone, and easy to work with.

Called them just now. Said the part was on back order. They may have them in the middle of next week. I'll have to call back and check. it sucks because I'm going out of town on the 25th. Checking back with them next week.

the only thing i waited on was the seat cowl for my 09. It was back ordered everywhere. Anthing else showed up pronto. I even had ordered some grips and didnt want to pay the shipping to hawaii, so i told them to ship when the cowl came in since it wouldnt cost more. Well it took so long for the cowl to come off of backorder, they shipped the grips to me for free. I thought that was great customer service, especially since i didnt even call them about it once. Good interaction like this always deserves some praise, I would use ToBeFast again for sure.

i had to wait three weeks for my parts but thats do to having the 09 r1 anytime a new bike comes out your going have avialability problems :rant

I order virtually all bike and car parts form Tobefast.com. First I get the best customer service one can possibly get. If I have an issue with an order, McCoy always takes care of me (sometimes the issue is on me and not them). Second, I understand that sometimes I order items that are drop shipped and out of their control. Either way I always get the item I purchased. McCoy goes out of their way to get me orders that aren't even on their website. That's quality customer service in my book. McCoy normally has the item in stock and it is ship very quickly. I suggest you give Bart a call at McCoy if you have any questions or concerns. Bart will take care of you.

I ended up finding the part for half the price of the one from ToBefast. It wasn't carbon fiber but it was very small part. I ended up getting a full refund, I dealt with Nick and he was very pleasant and helpful. Story ended well for me.

I've had great service, as a matter of fact when I ordered my Graves ti system, they didn't have them in stock and Bart McCoy called graves and put together a super-quick drop ship directly from graves for me. I got it in 2 days. Most excellent service

I had the typical wait for the solo seat cowl (but to be fair those things are harder to get then the holy grail. haha) and now i have been waiting for about a month for a yamaha carbon fiber tank pad. I have ordered alot from them and it always comes fast except for the yamaha stuff :dunno so im guessing they have a little dificulty getting the 09 stuff from yamaha? but i have had alot more positive experiences with them then negative and i will use them again.
