tail light removal.

im trying to install a integrated tail light. my problem is I can't get my tail light out. the black plastic piece is blocking the screws. any suggestions?

I had the same questions as you guys. Ck in the "how to" section. There is an awesome thread with pictures on how to get the tail light out.
