You should call them to verify you got the correct kit.
The only advice I can give is to replace one bolt at a time with a new bolt of the exact same size. With any luck, you should have nothing left in your kit when you are done.
I know when I order my TI bolts, I take notes of what size bolt goes where so when I finally get the bag o'bolts in the mail. I just whip out my notes and everything goes smoothly.

What kind of bike do you have?
My bike, the clutch and shifter are on the left side of the bike.

:lol Good catch, I totally missed that one.

Well looks like I'm getting to this thread a little late. Sorry.
As for the bolt kit, I'm not sure if you ordered more than just one kit or not but the first thing you need to do is verify that you are installing the proper kit.
As for the instillation of each bolt you will need to replace one bolt at a time. Remove the bolt and match it up with the proper LighTech bolt and then replace it.
We highly recommend the use of "BLUE" thread locker to be used on all bolts being replaced.
The LighTech bolts are aluminum so you can not torque them to the same torque specs that your OEM bolts will take. The proper torque specs are on the back of the box that the bolts come in.

Above is a link to the box contents. You can use this to determine how many bolts go where.
If you cant open the PDF here is the list.
ENGINE Qty.
Clutch cover 8
Clutch cover 2
Pick up cover 1
Pick up cover 6
Left crankcase 3
Left crankcase 4
Left crankcase 3
Left crankcase 3
Gear shift rod 1
Pinion cover 2
TOTAL 33
That should cover all the bolts that are in the engine bolt kit. Let me know if you have any more questions.
Best Regards,
