Motomummy?

Anybody ever had a problem with motomummy? From what I have read they are always AWESOME about things and very helpful. Maybe I am just impatient or what :dunno: But I placed my order 11 days ago for some exhaust, levers, and a 520 conversion. I waited about 4 days and checked the status and it still said "Queued". No big deal yet, I shot mummy an email asking whats up I got a email back within a reasonable amount of time saying the 520 kit was on back order (okay cool it happens) and my exhaust and levers would be shipping the next day and I would get an ETA on the 520 kit as well. 4 days goes by and nothing. Well I check my bank and the money for the parts dropped off my account. Still no word on if everything (levers and exhaust) shipped or not or why my payment dropped off. What does "queued" mean anyways? So maybe I am just over reacting, I don't know. But I would have liked to hear SOMETHING by now.

Same here I placed an order for rearsets that is time sensative and everyone here says that motomummy is quick and fast I still havent heard a word from them. The reason I placed the order with them was the rave reviews on turn around. I call and get dropped, I shot Corey Emails, and PMs, and still nothing. If there was someone who had these locally I would ran to them instead of this online stuff. It always seem like issues arise when ordering online. Now granted I placed the order in on Friday but all I want is some comunication so that I can relay that to the installer that has my bike on the lift and need the space. Spending 500 buck is a nice chunck of change and is worth a little comunication.

Update On my order I just found out that the shop was closed due to th fact that they were at a dealer show over the weekend so in all fairness they did not get till today. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order because I'm in a bind with the shop that is installing theses and the swingarm. But Corey and the young lady that I spoke with were very very friendly and Motomummy would defintely get my business in future. Corey was cool knowledgeable and a great person to deal with so in my book this is a GREAT place to do business with. Motomummy and Corey are good in my book.

Yeah, I understand the whole weekend thing, but I placed my order 12 days ago and still nothing. Kind of frusterating IMO. And mine was a 1400 dollar order, I don't like 1400 bucks just floating around out there.

We were at a dealer show and posted it on our contact form. FAct is I think we forgot to take that message down still, but we will now. We list abnormal days we are closed on the contact form next to the hours of operation and phone number. Sorry about the issue and hopefully next time things will go better. Our appologies. If you're ever in a rush feel free to contact us prior or shoot us an email. Corey, its all good, my biggest worrey was the money dropping off my account! Like I said before, I don't get back to the states until early Nov so its not a big deal. And I seen you closed after I made the post, so I jumped the gun a little. No harm no foul. You will have my buisness again in the near future! And the lady answering the phones is super nice! Tell her thanks!
