that's why I'm trying them out, there supposed to fit in the frame so it won't stick out as much.

Bring out your torque wrench. I had them installed by the dealer when I got mine. They replace the nut that locks the swingarm in place. It's kinda NOT a good place to overtighten something so make sure you got the right torque specs

they're good to have.

Yes they are supposed to fit all model years, since they should have the same bolt in the frame so it should fit '02's also. I will install and let you know soon.

nice to see something protecting both sides... i'd probly be interested... but $125??? That is a friggin RIP... for $150 i could have Freestyle Ingenuity build be a crash cage (or i could build the same cage myself with my MIG welder for $10 out of scrap rebar).

who makes these sliders? any possibility of getting them for a more wallet-friendly price?

that's a nice looking metal cage.:lol No offence, That's alot of metal and increases the weight huh. Well the regular price is $150.00 gave a $25.00 dicount for the group.
If you look at the Intuitive's right side only case slider it's about $70.00 so for 2 4125 isn't that bad?
I will be fitting these ASAP.

sorry, didn't mean to call your product a rip (didn't realize it was your product.. thought you were just posting a deal you found).

as far as the weight of the cage.. since i'm only about 150lbs, i don't think 5 extra lbs is gonna kill me hehehe..

$125 is probably reasonable, given the $50-70 prices i've found (just did a google search) for intuivtive's single-side clutch slider.. still just bugs me though, cause i know that is like $5 worth of delrin, and a $3 bolt hahahah..

I know what your talking about though but it more than that it's fabrication costs. Wait till you see what I've got coming out next.
