Squadron CO's please check

I followed DanQ's advice and sent PM's to what I could tell to be the CO's but decided to post here JUST to make sure they are the proper people and they still ride... If I'm stepping on toes posting here SORRY! :bow Here is the list; (MIA) - Wolfpack Meister37 - Phantom Devil1 - Lucky 13'th DavidSFC - Dragon Fikays - Ghostrider raven_hammer - Venom Sregor - Smokn Aces racerboy88 - Timberwolves I left out the others because they didn't seem to have a lot of traffic in their section... If you feel left out (sorry) PM me with squad and I will add you to the design list. I would like to lend a creative hand to the squadrons logos. I know a few of the squadrons have already decided upon their logos and have had them for ages. Well I'm stuck in the Caribbean with nothing else to do so I have began designing new/alternate logos for fun and *FREE* (nothing in return love it or hate it). I would appreciate feedback though (willing to change to suite needs) and should have all them done by the end of next week (Oct. 18) in VECTOR black and white format PM'd to said CO's so PLEASE correct me if I'm wrong. Pleasure being a part of this site, just wanting to give a little back, and when I get back to the states hopefully join some of you guys and gals... how would it look if you just did a black outline for the timberwolves?

Dont know if Racerboy would agree but I LOVEEEE the second from the righ (bottom). A Yammy symbol burnt into his forehead is rough! Sik man!:bow What we were really working with was off of the Minnesota Timberwolves: http://img38.imageshack.us/img38/2223/minnesotatimberwolves3.jpg If you could take what you have, take the border out that you are using and make the graphic for the decal circular by using a moon for the background (somewhat like above) and have the Yammy symbol overlayed on the moon but faded like 50%. Since we are Timberwolves throw those trees wrapping around the inner bottom edge and we are in business. Now for a full colored graphic we can use this, for a black and white we may just want to go with the moon and have the Yammy symbol on the forehead or the opposite, no yammy on the forehead but the moon as the yammy symbol. I think having it in both places at once might be overkill. Wrap "Timberwolves" on the bottom half or a little less and then the "West-Coast.R1-101" around the remaining top half and WHAMMMM !!! What you guys think mannnnng ???

Not bad ideas but all the detail on such a "small" decal would be killer on the vinyl guys side but as an avatar not bad. Talk to Racerboy88 I shot some images to him plus he has the final word being the CO, I just post the ideas here so everyone can see, then report back to their CO for voting (as seen in the Squadron FAQ: Squadron names and insignia are voted on by the members from the ideas contributed by ALL the members. The only way to change this is if enough members of the squadron want to change it; i.e. post a poll.) If CO deems necessary I will work on the idea...

Reapers and Smokn' Aces :corn

Jem-Designs, For the Wolfpack Squadron, I like the lower right (side profile) wolf and the lower left (front facing) wolf, although with the front facing wolf you might want to tone down the eye brows and enlarge the eye. Too me it looks like it has 4 eyes. If I had to choose one I'd go for the side profile wolf. All of this is just my opinion though. You're quite a talented artist!

Sorry guys been a little sick recently. Some strand of the swine flu made it to the island and have been feeling like CRAP, I have managed to scribble 3 more wolfpack/timberwolves ideas inking them now hopefully scanned in tonight...
