I fell like Im gonna fly off the bike when I go over bumpy roads so I need to know how to zero it in to my weight 160lbs

Might be possible to get proper sag with all the preload taken out. Then a
few less clicks of compression damping.

160 lbs would call for a .94 kg/mm spring (stock is .92 kg/mm) and 9.87 kg/mm rear spring (stock is 10.0 kg/mm) assuming street use. Realistically the spring rates are close enough that they should work.

Instructions on which adjusters do what are in the owners manual starting on page 4-24 through 4-27.

Sounds good. Make small adjustments. This thread (http://www.r1-forum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=252234) can provide some insight.
