I GOT IT!!! This thing is sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet! I've never even seen another leather suit in real life, so I can't really compare it to much, but it looks like it's very high quality. Hopefully I can post pics soon.
It has armor in the shoulders, elbows, and knees. Despite this, I wouldn't feel safe riding without more armor to protect my front and especially my back, where it seems there is NO protection other than the leather. I'm thinking I'm going to buy a Dainese Safety Jacket for this. I ordered the suit a size larger than the jacket I tried on at the shop. The guy there said the 46 was a perfect fit so I ordered a 48 so I can wear the extra armor and have a little room to grow, but it's still extremely tight. I have no experience with leather, so I'm hoping it will loosen up as I break it in.
I got the suit in red because for some reason it's the only perforated one. The silver is regular and the blue has the back hump. Personally, I'd say go with the COLOR instead of the fuctionality becuase as far as I can see, the perforations consist of a grouping of holes in the chest in a circular diameter of about 8 inches. Doesn't look like it would help much, but again I don't know.
Anyway, that's about all I know to write about. If you guys have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Man I took my digital camera with me while I was riding my banshee and it fell in the sand. I gotta get a new cam before I can take the pics.

:( TEASE!!!! :butt
:finger j/k Are you satisifed with the jacket thus far. I'm thinking about picking up the Venom jacket, but I am hesitant about purchasing another non-perforated jacket....
***EDIT***
Ok, I just reread your post, and you have the Red suit, the same color I'm wanting. So, the Red jackets are the only colors that are perforated? Do you know if the same holds true for the jackets, or is it just that way with the suits?

Haha, you wanna fix my camera man? I'm sure you know what it's like to have something but not be able to show it off for one reason or another. I've never even rode by R6 yet, let alone a streetbike, let alone with my new suit on :D
I did test the venting though. What I did was I kept all my heaters off in my house for two days so it was really cold, then I ran through my house with my suit on. They work!
I'm not sure if the jackets are the same way but I'm pretty sure they are. Let me tell you man, you'll love this. I didn't know there were differences until I went to order from Kneedraggers and Todd told me. The silver suit is the only one with the speed hump on the back, and I dunno what's up witht he blue one.
Just curious, why don't you want an SMX jacket?
