Donnie, i am actually hoping toseland reps the r1 proper, but if he does have #1 plates on there he should take em off. BTW not putting any money on the dude, not yet anyway.

His times were better but they all have some Ducati catching to do from the looks of it.

I wouldn't necessarily bill the Yamaha as the #1 bike; it was Spies that was #1. It was pretty clear all season he had to ride the crap out of that thing to win it. I would not expect that Toseland could just hop on it and pick up the lead pace.

It's no surprise that Fabrizio is top of the charts, though. He showed several flashes of it last year. I am surprised that Aprilia/Biaggi and BMW weren't higher.

Make sure you check your DVR settings.. Last year it was listed as "FIM World Superbike".. and my DVR was setup to automatically record all new episodes.

This year its listed as "Motorcycle Racing" for me on Comcast in VA.

Haga should win it.. but how often have we said that before. That said, Fabrizio is my pick. Ducati is usually the bike to beat in WSBK.. and think he's the most talented rider they have. Not necessarily the smartest.. and definitely rides over his head. But so many times he looked like the fastest guy of the entire grid.

I think with crutchlow and toseland both getting on the bike this year it will take even more time, since neither garage can give pointers to setup. Even if toseland is a past champ, i am going to assume comfort with the ride is utmost important.
