I see that is a 520. Does it also come in 530?

question, if running a 520 kit, with stock gearing, would i still need a speedo healer?

the R1 stock teeth count is 16/43 ?

You only need a SpeedoDRD if you change your gearing around. Even then it's not needed unless you want your speedometer/odometer to be accurate, then you would need the SpeedoDRD to correct it.

Hey Corey if you un plug the battery is there a need to reset the speedo DRD, or does it hold its memory?

Corey, I was thinking about going with this sprocket for my next change, but I found this http://www.gixxer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=298390. It's cool how the situation was handled, but I'm curious if there was any further investigation where the OP sent out the sprocket, or did it stop there?

I would recommend the Driven superlight steel sprockets for now. We don't have a solid reason as to why this happened, but it's the first steel sprocket i've ever seen this happen to.

I don't see this kit offered for any yamaha's in the link. Any reason why?

We discontinued them for a wide variety of reasons. I would not recommend them.

Go with the Driven evo spec superlight steel chain kit. We haven't had one issue with them.

What is going on with the X2 for R1's? I really liked the look of it.

Hate to resurrect an old thread, but I see MM still carries these. Have the issues been worked out? Trying to find the lightest steel sprocket that's not going to fail like in that gixxer.com link.
