i have a 2002 r1 racebike with a full m4 system on it, the exup motor is still on the bike but does nothing, if i take it off i get a fault code on the display, is there an easy way to bypass it?? a guy in the mechanical help section told me to join the red/white and black/white wires but i dont have a black/white at the exup, possibly coz its an irish spec bike the wiring may be different.
any ideas?????

Mmmmmmm are you speaking of the servo motor? cuz the exup is attached to the header pipe itself. At any rate you just may have diff color wiring so either figure out what goes where or leave it electrically connected but remove the cables, or you could purchase a Sam's servo sub:www.samannasystems.com

Leave the servo attached but run the cables to your number plate, put a hinge and spring on your plate and a switch inbetween the servo controller, mount the switch on the handle bars and taadaaaaaaaaaaa you have a flip up plate and a use for the servo all in one go !!!!

BD is right, leave the motor in or if you really need to save weight get the servo sub.
I installed the sub and it works gr8 took only 10 min to complete.
Cheers.

I have a 02 R1 and my bike didnt have the black/white wire either but mine did have a black/red and white/red and I jumped them and fault code and check engine light went away.
