joemt 03-09-2003, 06:14 PM Geez... Are we like the only squadron that gets together on a regular basis? Just thought I would share a couple of pics from todays events. Even though we didn't see any racing, Rated R did win a T-Shirt and a Ducati calendar... bastard!! :2bitchsla
NW Squadron and friends at Jillian's anticipating a race!
motopsyko32 03-09-2003, 06:17 PM not a squadron but us Miami R1'ers get together too...
joemt 03-09-2003, 06:21 PM After no race, we decided to ride in the rain. I would like to thank R1Minger for being extra cool and letting me tool around on his R1!! I had a blast!! It was good to be back on two wheels and not pedaling!!
Rated R, JoeMT, R1Minger and No_6 all next to their respective rides, ('02 Gix1k, '02R1, '01 748, '02R1)

No the SW Squadron got together in Daytona also. Wonder why we didn't see you guys (or you see us)? Anyway glad to hear that others were there from the forum even though we didn't see you guys!

Maybe I should make a clarification. We got together in Seattle, WA to watch the race. None of us, (that I know of), travelled to the far reaches of the world to watch the race live. From Seattle, WA to Daytona, FL it is exactly 3,153 miles. A little too far.
unknownpharoah 03-09-2003, 06:57 PM well I had fun what can I say. Sorry I bailed out at noon. I wanted to catch the break in the rain to get my ass home. I think I just thawed out from this get together:fact The ride home wasnt so bad until I hit Sea Tac, then it was raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock:fact I made it home in one piece and a dry chest thanks to the kindness of Jason. Once again I must say thank you for the jacket.:makeout
So, whats the next event? I think its great we actually show up and represent as a group not just talk online and never show face. Great group.:yesnod
tidbit 03-09-2003, 07:09 PM josh i felt bad for your girl.. she was about to fall alseep on the spot... kinda gets boring listening to guys talk about bikes :fact .. no hard feelings.. we all left soon after anyways.. :yesnod
unknownpharoah 03-09-2003, 08:00 PM Its cool. Jena is very self entertaining.:fact She was about to fall asleep. She said it looked like the other girls looked pretty bored as well.:fact
I at least wanted to inviter her along for one of the events.
Oh, your pipe is at my house kai. I just picked it up.:fact
tidbit 03-09-2003, 08:02 PM How does it look!... ono my heart just skipped a beat.. :D
*EDIT* how much do i owe you?
Sounds like you guys had a good time. Women at a squadron meeting??? Isn't that against the "club house" rules?
:p
Sorry I couldn't show up today but I got a lot of stuff accomplished. Hopefully in the future I'll be able to meet up with you guys.
:)
unknownpharoah 03-09-2003, 08:20 PM Hey todd I have an idea... you can meet up with my R1 in your garage and we can figure out why my rear turn signals arent functioning properly:fact :iamwithst :p :hellobye
Rated R 03-09-2003, 08:22 PM I had a great time hanging with all the fellas even though the race didn't go down as planned, and I would like to thank R1Minger for hooking me up with rain pants as opposed to the garbage bags and duct tape that I showed up at his place wearing.
Joe, I'm like'n your new avatar.

Yeah.. just let me know. We'll get that bugger figured out one way or another.
What caused them to not work?? Did you upgrade your blinkers??
I'll email you my phone number so we can discuss when you want to come over.
-Todd
Next time Todd! It was definitely a good time. Maybe we can set up a special "women's paddock" at official Wolfpack gatherings?
Thanks for taking the pics Joe!
