what do u guys think of armored shirts?

specifically Bohn's Armored shirt? it looks pretty cool to just wear that in the summer. If there was a textile jacket that looked more like it, i'd wear that, but they all look like rainsuits in my opinion:ugh what do u guys say.. too squidly or is it safe-enough?

You are better off in a good armored leather suit with spine protector, and that's what I'd recommend you wear.

I have the Bohn shirt and the Joe Rocket Phoenix Jacket, both for summer. I always choose the jacket over the shirt. Among other things, the elbow protectors on the shirt are sewn in the wrong place so that you have to twist the sleeves to get them to protect your elbow. If you hit the ground just wearing the shirt the first five feet you slide will melt the fabric and tear the pads right off. If you still want the shirt I'll sell it to you for half price.
