I havent got the first date yet , so Im just waiting right now, I intalled my GMS smog plugs yeterday what a bitch! but no more popping on decel, gotta love that! anyway hopefully youll get your stuff soon! we can start modding that beast!

all that smog crap probably weighed 3+ lbs , all dead weight, but its gone now muhahahaha!

I 1500 miles on her now! damn! she pulls. I still need to order a damper for her, O' and my under tail came in last night. I stayed up all night putting that thing together. I would have called you but it was extremely late. I had to do alot of cutting and modifying to put the undertail on, but in the end it turned out real nice. Plus the company forgot to send my fender eliminater so, now I have to ride with my tag in the trunk untill it gets here.

Thats cool ill check it out soon , ordered my new rear tire today , went with the 180/55/17 208ZR, it looks pretty good on the dunlop site, its pretty much a complete new desighn, new compound ,new profile, lighter, anyway well see should have it mounted by monday at the latest! when did they say the eliminator will come?

they said it will be here either today or the beginning of next week.

Aaron, I checked the weather and it looks like they are calling for rain Sunday. We can still get that ride one day next week though. If anybody is enterested Im going to hit some backroads tommorrow before it gets dark and the temperture drops.

Yeah It does look like rain on sun. I rode to work yesterday and froze my ass off on the way home about 10:30 pm it must have been in the 30s, I have to work tommorow but am still in for a weekday ride if anyone wants to on mon. or tue. let me know. If dosent get a little warmer later in the month, the 1 will be hibernating in a nice warm place sooner than I wanted, Oh well.

On the brighter side, that means time for winter mods! to get the 1 ready for her spring rollout!!!

No Rick I went home to watch the Skins game and have some Coronas!, thats a pretty fast speed what was your rpm reading or did you have a chance to look at it? my best was 164 indicated havnt had a chance to top that yet just hasnt been the right place or time , you know what Im saying! Well looking forward to riding again soon .

My rpm reading was between ten and ten five. I rode yesterday evening with a few friends I took them to croom road and they said that they didnt like it beacause it has to many hills that you cant see over, me personally I like it, I mean it's not the best road but you can get a good work out on it.

well, its almost time again, you guys going to make it out this sunday? 2 weeks ago me and john and derick went to hooters up in baltimore, we ordered 100 wings and ate like pigs, ended up giving over 50 of the wings to a homeless guy, my good deed for the year is complete... lol good times, and acutal good service. i plan on having brunch in baltimore, fells point on sunday at 11am with my sister, after which i will be ready to ride, pending the weather. you guys now the drill , you should have either my number or johns so just call us, or email me if you need my number again. hope to see you this sunday. We usually meet up at this gas station that is in Bowie (I think but I"m not 100% sure). If you want to come out, let me know and I can PM you my address where Chris and I meet and then ride out to meet with everyone else. I must warn you though we will probably heading out super early (Probably 9am at the latest) so you would have to leave your house at around 7:30. If you're up for it let me know and I"ll keep you posted on the details.

I'd like to hook up with you all for riding this weekend but you guys are trying to get out there way too early. Maybe I'll catch up with you all later. Where do you end up going? Are there many twisties out towards annapolis? I'm in Frederick and we always tend to head towards WVA for the fun roads in the mountains. :p

We usually do southern MD, Annapolis, Bowie area. There is a good amount of riding down there. However, we might switch it up this weekend seeing as how cops are apparently becoming more prevalent in these areas. I'll have to talk to the other guys to determine exactly where we'll be going. If you want to shoot me a pm with your phone number I'll keep you posted.

How far is bowie from the WW bridge?

Probably about 30 - 40 miles.

the early guys go really early and we end up meeting the late commers by them comming to the "area" and running into us. these backroads are really good, nice to practice you stuff on, just need to be carful not to try and "keep up" because you will end up in the bushes. 3 weeks ago we met at this gas station at around 1230-1pm, john why dont we post directions to that gas station for those who cant or dont want to come early. i talked to nick and brandon, they siad they are in too. 3 weeks ago was crazy we had 15 guys or so.

I'll look for some directions.

Bowie is roughly 55 miles from me...so I could make it there in like....35 minutes?

If you're riding hard and traffic isn't bad you can do it.

Traffic doesn't bother me when I'm on my bike ;)

Well.. I had a good time out sat riding with you all and all those other dudes.. Got rid of all my chicken strips and finally hit some twisties. Did you all go riding again on sunday?

Yeah, Sunday unfortunately didn't end as pleasantly as it should have for all of us. The good news is that everyone is ok but the bad news is that there are about 4 or bikes 5 that had some pretty significant damage done to them. To make a long story short a rider was coming up over a hill and didn't see the stop sign. There were already some bikes waiting for the rest of the group to catch up. When the person came over the hill he tried to stop but there wasn't enough room/time and his brakes locked up and he fell off and his bike kept skidding towards the rest of the group. Needless to say it was too late and the bike smacked right into about 4 bikes/people (pretty much like a bowling ball hitting pins). When I came over the hill I saw one bike in the middle of the road and a bunch of bike pieces lying all over the place. Thankfully everyone was ok but the ride for that day had come to an end. I'd just like to say that I feel for everyone who had their bike damaged and I hope you all aren't out of commission for long.

I also ordered a Scott's steering damper off of Ebay which should be here shortly so I'll probably install that as well. Only 4 short months before riding season starts again, man I can't wait.

Hell yeah, 43 extra minutes of footage. It's just so seemless and adds much more background detail. Its not that the regular version bad but the extended version just adds so much more to the whole experience.

Yo what up peeps, just saying happy new year to all you guys and making sure everyone is still alive ;'). Looks like we got about 3 more months before the real fun starts. I thought it was mad crazy last year in terms of the amount of people that we had riding with us but I think its going to be even more so this year. Not to sound like a grandma but I def think it would be wise the first time that we all meet up to take the few min. discuss somethings in regards to safe riding practices to avoid a mishap like the one that happened last year. Just a thought.
