R1 BSB results Race 1

Podium for R1 first race in superbikes Initially team-mates Reynolds and Harris diced with each other. Then, they were hauled in by Steve Plater on the Yamaha R1. Plater had made a fantastic start after a poor Superpole result had left him on the third row of the grid. The battle for third raged on throughout the race and Plater was to nick the final podium place. After Harris and Reynolds had swapped places a couple of times, they had the Yamaha rider to contend with. Plater had stormed his way through and eventually overhauled both Harris and Reynolds to take third spot. Steve Plater was delighted: "It's really good for the team. The bike's only eight weeks old and 75% developed. Hey smold, thanks 4 replying 2 my other thread with such informative url's, but my question remains, R these races televised here in the US, possibly on speed channel?:confused:
