Wnting a second rev limiter when clutch is ingaged i know they make them but dont know who does???

I had no idea they made 2 steps for sportbikes. I guess it makes sense if you want to drag race them. Are they safe for a typical streetbike motor?

I can do your ECU with a separate rev limiter in neutral, but not in gear with the clutch in :(
