04 R1 stock headers akropovic straight pipe k&n air filter two brothers slips and PCV mapped with closest map code possible even adjusted Throddle body screws and I stall out when engaging my clutch coasting to a light etc and the bike just bogs out and stalls to a sputter until it shuts off. Any sound advise ???

Adjusted throttle body screws? Why? Did it just start doing this or where you working on something just prior? Rain?

No it's been doing it and I've been trying everything possible or advised hence the straight pipe and PCV etc and the throttle body screws actually helped for a few weeks. It just odd that once the bike stalls and I key it off and then back on it goes back to good and few miles later it's a bog then rpm drop and clutch stall. Maybe all she needs is a pro tune ???

Adding all that stuff is never meant to fix something. It's meant to enhance performance. If your bike is running poor you need to find the problem first then you can add all the performance goodies. Something is not reading right like a sensor which might be causing the ECU to over compensate or something. I would put the bike back to stock and maybe consider taking it down to Yamaha or other shop where they have the right diagnostic tools for the job. Your not giving enough information to make a call here. Could be an O2 sensor, an air leak, bad electrical connection or any other of a dozen things. It's hard to say. Good luck.
