I can see there point of view but I don't give a flying fcuk what they think, I love um, and my bike for that matter...!!!!!! tidbit 04-02-2003, 10:50 AM all my boyz said the same............... did i listen? no tidbit 04-02-2003, 11:55 AM OH SHIT>>>!!!!... TIDBITZ PARTS ARE SHIPPED!!!!>.. I'm gonna be back within a weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!!!...
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :bow RicOShea 04-02-2003, 05:58 PM Considering I've heard of about 3 different people losing it or almost losing it during a standup wheelie because their rearset peg broke, I think the added safety of strong rearsets can be a good investment. evilR1 04-02-2003, 06:03 PM a solid peg also adds as another frame protector too tidbit 04-02-2003, 10:14 PM the main reason why i bought the rearset... is because of all the stories i've read of pegz breaking... better than dropping the thing.. and costing me over 1k.. and maybe hurtin myself.. tidbit 04-03-2003, 11:41 PM well I bit the bullet and finally jumped into gettin a damper.. :thumbup ... I'M AM DONE MODDIN.. i swear :D No_6 04-03-2003, 11:58 PM riiiiiiiiiiight. You're gonna be getting the OZ wheels next... and then the Ohlins forks.... and then the Penske shock... it will never end, my friend. tidbit 04-04-2003, 11:00 AM So guys... should i get the harris mount for my ohlins.. or the Graves? opinions opinions.. :rock theron19d 04-04-2003, 11:21 AM Are there other advantages to rear sets other than looks and strength? Like adjustability tidbit 04-04-2003, 11:32 AM adjustability is a big one... reverse shift is another theron19d 04-04-2003, 11:44 AM I rode a buell with a reverse shift once. I didn't like it. My buddy said he liked it better because the buell shifted hard and he could "stomp" gears. I just couldn't get used to it. | |
