Rated R has changed...

Ever since he got that GSXR, he has been different. Always talking about how much power he gets from the Zook... here's a pic. He looks a little different, but I can't put my finger on it.

Strong he has become in the Dark side of the Force. Beware your mad rush for power for your R1... jealousy leads to competitiveness, which leads to cash-flow problems which leads to... suffering with a GSX-R. Gawd I'm a nerd.

I originally had an R6, while my friend had a CBR F3. He had to get more power, so he bought the GSXR 750. I finally felt it was time to step up to the R1 after three years with my R6, now all he talks about is how he's selling his GSXR 750 for the GSXR 1000. In his words "That way I can blow your R1 away". I think competetiveness among friends is complete b.u.l.l.s.h.i.t. Now he's saving every last penny he has trying to "beat" me and can't even go out on the weekends becasue he has to save his money. It's rediculous. I just like to ride and am happy for him to upgrade, but to make it a competition all the time is annoying.

I agree competitiveness is very stupid, but make sure when he gets his GSXR 1000 you BEAT HIS ASS!!!!!!!!!! It isn't bike it is rider MOST of the time.
