Luggage Locker a.k.a. Rocket Locker

Just wondering if anyone has tried this product. I'm going to be making a couple of trips to Vegas (about a 5 hour ride for me) and want to be able to pack a little more than I can fit in my tank bag. Well, so far I am not impressed. I ordered the Elite Zip Pack on the 24th of April and requested 2-day shipping as I wanted to use it on the 7th of May. Today is the 5th of May, and still no response/confirmation/anything other than the automated computer response to my order giving me a confirmation number. I have e-mailed the dealer from both my home and work accounts, as well as made several phone calls (only left 1 message)...no response from them WHATSOEVER! :machinegu At this point I'm getting very frustrated because I want to ride the one to Vegas but I don't have enough storage capacity w/ just my tank bag. Hopefully the product makes up for the management. I'll keep you all posted and will get some pics up as soon as I get the damn thing. :crash
