Does the tail accept the tail lights for an '01 and what about the undertails, will they still fit?

Yes, the tail lights fit right in and it doesn't affect the undertail.

will the dausault tail work with it?

No that tail won't work because that pushes your lights back and the R7 tail has holes cut for the factory lights to fit in flush.:fact
