Hello..

I'm pretty new to this forum. I'm a pretty short guy (5'6"). Anyways, my first bike is a Honda cbr600. I had it lowered. But now the bike stands almost straight up with the kick stand down. Is there a way to make the bike lean over more? Is it possible to replace the kickstand with a shorter kick stand? Do you guys have any recommendations? I'd really appreciate any help/suggestions... As of now, I am very very careful how and where I park my bike..so that it does not tip over.

Thanks !!!

The side stand needs to be cut down, and rewelded. Any welding shop can do it if you don't weld

How much did you lower your bike? Did you do it for drag racing?

If not you would be better off leaving the bike's geometry alone and just shave down the seat.

Just tell her to put one foot down. Shave the seat and drop the forks a little(very little). It is just too much trouble for poor performance unless you plan to drag race it. There are a lot of petite women riders out here, few of them actually lower their bikes.
