Just installed my scott's damper, but can't seem to adjust it. It feels like it is a bit loose, in another words I would like it to be a little more stiffer. As advised by the forum I have not touched the high-speed dial yet, and the low speed one is cranked all the way up. Any ideas how I can make it more stiffer, do I need to mess with the other dial.

Well as punishment you are now required to send each of us a Scott's damper with mounting kit.
