Sportec M1 or Rennsport SuperSportUmpeezy 05-23-2003, 07:17 PM I am about to order a pair of tires today. I'm mostly on the street/twisties and would like to do atleast two track days this summer. So which tire would I be better off with? The Sportec M1 or the Rennsport SuperSport tires? What is the difference in the two? I just put on a set of Rennsport replicas and so far so good. They are a little pricey but what the hell. The Rennsports scored best out of all the tires tested, that works for me. no really, i can actually get over some without feeling the loss of grip that the stock 208's had. turn in is also alot better. feels like i have alot more control over my front end.
i hope that helps, i havent ever rode the m1's so i cant compare them for you.
